These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FlashMind ("Service"). By using FlashMind, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or yearly basis (depending on your selection) unless you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the billing portal.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in unauthorized ways.
Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes on others’ rights.

Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant FlashMind a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating flashcards and search indexes).

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep FlashMind reliable and secure, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlashMind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
